POPUD in Broadband

Since the establishment of the PUD broadband service in 2012, the PUD has connected 2,591 end-users to fiber optic connections, and an addition 107 end users to wireless broadband connections.

The PUD wants to ensure areas of our county that are in need of improved broadband access have the infrastructure needed to thrive. We recognize that today's cornerstone of economic development lies in access to top-notch, dependable, and cost-effective Internet services.

We have set up this portal to collect feedback from community members directly to steer the course for local and regional infrastructure development efforts.

Retail Service Providers

The success of the PUD’s fiber infrastructure can only occur with the important alliances that have been established with our/your Retail Service Providers. The Retail Service Providers are the link to the consumer.  The PUD has agreements with several area Retail Service Providers.  Please contact them for your bandwidth needs.  Working together, solutions, where possible, will be sought that address the infrastructure requirements.

For more detailed information about the standard and business class services provided by the Retail Service Provider, please select this link - "Standard Class and Premium Class services".

Please visit the PUD's Community Network Service website for more information about our Broadband services.
